Shared Pathway on Avoca Drive

Work on Stage 1 scheduled to start in Jan or Feb 2026, according to Cllr Jared Wright.

Community Consultation was completed in May.

The project will be delivered in three stages, with Stage 1 (Scenic Highway to Hillside Road) scheduled to commence construction in early 2026. Stage 2 (Hillside Road to The Round Drive) is planned to commence in late 2027. Stages 1 and 2 are funded through developer contributions, while Council continues to advocate for funding to deliver Stage 3 (The Round Drive to Heazlett Park).
