Warren Avenue Lookout - Construction Set to Start Early 2026

From Central Coast Council:

“Following engagement, Council proceeded with demolition of the previous structure and has finalised the concept designs for a new lookout based on your feedback.

The new structure will be disability compliant and use lightweight composite decking with stainless steel rail and balustrade. Final Designs are nearing completion. Once design is complete, we will be calling for construction tenders.

Construction is planned to begin in early 2026. Prior to works commencing, Council will undertake vegetation management to prune branches obscuring the view and remove invasive species. The intention is to complete construction of the new lookout by the end of this financial year.
