ABCA Members Invited to Special Meeting to Learn about the Proposed Village Shops and Apartments Development

What is the Special Meeting about?

Members of Avoca Beach Community Association are invited to a special meeting to learn more about the proposed new development at 176 - 192 Avoca Drive. The DA submitted to Council proposes the replacement of the current shops and apartments with a five-storey ‘shop top’ housing building with ground floor commercial tenancies, onsite parking and 20 residential units above. Representatives from the Developers will be present to explain the thinking behind the project and answer questions.

Thursday 20 November 2025, Rugby Club, 7:30 pm.

Why is this meeting for ABCA members only?

ABCA plans to submit comments on the DA for this development currently on Exhibition with Central Coast Council. We want to understand the views of the members of the association in order to fairly represent them in the submission.
